30hop Restaurant & Bar in Lee's Summit, MO is hiring Bartenders to join our front of house team. At 30hop, the bar is at the center of the Guest experience. Our bartenders craft signature cocktails, pour an extensive selection of beer, wine, and spirits, and create an energetic atmosphere that keeps Guests coming back. 30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. We’re known for great food, craft beer, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Our teams are at the heart of what we do and help create a great experience for our Guests every day. Compensation for fully trained Bartenders starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning. Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Sunday availability is required Additional weekday and weekend shifts available based on scheduling needs Full-Time Benefits Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks (10 days), with additional PTO based on tenure Medical insurance (30hop pays 50% of the employee premium) Dental and Vision coverage options 401(k) plan with discretionary employer match for eligible employees Benefits For All Team Members 25% employee dining discount for you and up to 7 guests at 30hop Employee Assistance Program with six confidential counseling sessions per issue, per year 25% discount at participating Craft Concepts restaurants across Iowa, Omaha, Kansas City, and Missouri (Sunday-Thursday for you and one guest) Team appreciation events and employee celebrations What You'll Do Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items Accurately prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Complete opening, running, and closing side work Process guest payments accurately Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous bartending experience is preferred Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Professional, positive attitude under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What Makes You Successful Dependable and punctual Organized with strong time-management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Team-oriented with a positive attitude Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences Willing to learn, grow, and support the success of the entire team 30hop Restaurant & Bar is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
