What You'll Be Doing

As our Dispensary Pharmacist, you’ll play a vital role in guiding our patients and team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Consultations : Review patient diagnoses, symptoms, and medical histories to recommend the appropriate THC and CBD ratios tailored to their needs.
• Medication Reviews : Ensure patient safety by checking for potential drug interactions with existing prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, or supplements.
• Dosing Guidance : Educate patients on proper dosing strategies, including titration techniques like "start low and go slow," and explain the onset times of various delivery methods.
• Staff Training : Provide clinical education and guidance to non-pharmacist dispensary staff to ensure product safety and a solid understanding of pharmacology.
• Regulatory Compliance : Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to state-specific tracking and dispensing laws.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:

• Licensure : Must hold an active registered pharmacist (RPh) license.
• Cannabinoid Expertise : Proficiency in cannabinoid pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and evidence-based cannabis therapy. Continuing education or specialized certificate courses in medical cannabis are preferred.
