We have partnered with a local property management company who is looking for a Maintenance Tech for a 340 unit Class A property near King of Prussia.  

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to help maintain the community, vacant homes, and surrounding grounds. This position is responsible for daily inspections, general groundskeeping, light maintenance, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community.
You must have an HVAC certification or be willing to attain one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and cleanup of the community and grounds
• Inspect vacant homes for cleanliness and identify minor repairs or maintenance needs
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Complete basic landscaping and groundskeeping duties
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Respond to maintenance needs in a timely and professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, coworkers, and vendors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift, and carry 50+ lbs.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
