• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning optimally.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a home appliance technician or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA Type 1 Preferred
