Entry Level HVAC Installation Technician

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating Eastern Panhandle, WV / MD / VA

$16.00 - $24.00 per hour + Full Benefits & Paid Training

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available when needed)

What You'll Do

• Work directly with experienced installers and technicians on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Learn proper installation, maintenance, and service techniques for heating and cooling equipment
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles
• Focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences
• Receive ongoing, hands-on training to rapidly develop your skills

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Preferred (Not Required):

• 1+ year of construction or mechanical experience
