BOS Medical Staffing is searching for a full time LPN with corrections experience to work in a facility located in Lawrenceville, GA .

• Estimated Hours: 36/48 (Full rotation; including rotating weekends)
• Shifts: 7p-7a

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of on site HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or the administrative supervision of the HSC
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• • Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state of Georgia
  • At least 1 year correctional experience required
  • BLS CPR Certification
  • Basic computer skills for charting
  • Experience using Sapphire for charting preferred
  • Ability to work as part of team and multi-task
  • Fast-paced correctional settings with exposure to a variety of patient populations
  • Requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and assisting with patient mobility
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check including an FBI Fingerprint Criminal History
  • Check and Pre-employment drug screen
